Youth Fitness at the Underground Lab is back again!

All kids and teens who will be entering the 7th through 12th grades are invited to join the Underground Lab Nation for a summer of fitness!

This 6 week program will walk all youth participants through basic movement patterns, youth conditioning and basic lifting techniques – all under the supervision of an experienced coach.

And of course, every Youth Module will be full of youth friendly fun!


The Details:

Youth Modules will take places on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00-11:45AM. Youth Modules start on June 14th and last for 6 weeks.
All Youth Modules will take place at the Underground Lab Lawrence unless specified otherwise.

All youth who will enter the 7th-12th grade this Fall are welcome to join.
$60 per youth for the entire 6 week program.
Plus: all parents that are not current UGL members will receive a complimentary 2 week Fitness Module trial (because seeing your parents practice health is just as powerful as learning about it yourself)!

Do I need to stay to supervise my child during these Youth Modules?
No, all parents must sign a waiver before their child is able to participate. You may drop your child off and pick them up at the end of the session or you can stay and watch – the choice is yours!
What does my child need to bring?
All children are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoe and bring a water bottle with them to each Youth Module.  We’ll supply the equipment, the education and the fun!
Do I need to be a member of the UGL for my child to participate?
Nope! All youth are invited to attend our Youth Summer Program.  And as an added perk, any parents who are not current members will receive a complimentary 14-day Fitness Module trial!
When do I need to sign my child up by?
The Youth Fitness Program begins on June 14th.  We will close registration on that day.  If you decide after June 14th that you’d like your child to join, just email us at
What if my child can’t make it to all of the Youth Modules?
That’s okay! We’d love to have them join us at as many as they can!
My child is training for a school or club sport – will this be a good fit for them?
Youth Fitness is an introduction to health and fitness.  We combine fun activities with foundation fitness basics such as movement patterns, youth level conditioning and basic exercises with very minimal weight.  If your child is training for a more advanced level sport, they may be better served in another one of our programs.  Just let us know and we’ll help you find the best fit!
