If you haven’t done so yet, create your online account to signup for sessions, attend workshops and see what our daily workouts are!

  1. Click the ‘Create Your Account’ button below.
  2. Click the ‘My Info’ tab.
  3. Fill out the ‘New to Our Site’ Section.
  4. Bam, done!

Log in to your account and browse the schedule!

If this is your first Fitness Module – someone from our team will call you to set up your first appointment! If you don’t hear from us soon, you can call 785-312-9862 and we will get your first one all set up!

Then after your first Mod is complete – you can sign up on your own!

To do this through the app, just download above and log in.

Click the three little bars in the top left corner to see all of the services available. Just find the service you signed up for, click on it and check out the schedule of available times. Just click which session you want to come in for!

Or you can log into your account through the computer.

Find the tab that has your service and click to see the schedule!

If you are testing us out with a free trial – click on the ‘Fitness Module’ tab for the schedule. Those are our large group training sessions that we can’t wait for you to try! On the schedule, these are all called ‘Fitness Modules’ – either Strength or Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning)!
