FOR THE NEXT 7 DAYS: EAT ONLY MEAT AND NUTS FOR BREAKFAST!
The first thing you eat in the morning dictates your neurotransmitters for the rest of the day. So if you want the focus of sharp shooter, the patience of a Monk, the concentration of a scientist and the strength of a body builder, you have to start your day off right.
Some research shows that one of the best breakfasts you can eat is made of only meat and nuts. Not your traditional breakfast foods at all. But together, these foods give you a high protein dose for a slow and steady rise in your blood sugar and a high fat kick to keep those sugar levels stable throughout the entire day. This combination breakfast raises both dopamine and acetyl-choline, the two most important neurotransmitters for focus and drive.
You don’t have to eat the same thing each day either. Try different meats, like elk, buffalo, venison or fish, and different nut variations, like Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, cashews or macadamia nuts. But always aim for grass fed and hormone free proteins. And remember, peanuts aren’t really nuts.
It might seem strange to eat meat and nuts for breakfast, but the rewards in health, fat loss and focus are worth it.
