Only this time, we’re making it a little harder.
Burpee Star Jumps
In case you missed the first set of this series, here’s how it works:
Set your timer for 2 minutes and do as many burpee star jumps as you possibly can. Write down how many reps you got and your done for the day! Then tomorrow, set your timer for that same 2 minutes. But this time, you’ve got to do more reps than you got yesterday. Each day of the week you must get more reps than the day before. But don’t cheat and start off easy on day 1. Really push yourself to see what your body is capable of!
So for the next 7 days, complete the Burpee Challenge Level 2. It’s only 7 days, how hard can it really be?
