The training at UGL Fitness is unique because of the vast number of methods we combine to create our own philosophy of training, which is NEVER to adhere to the status quo. We combine a variety of old school and new school techniques, while also incorporating new and exciting ways to get in shape. We do everything we can to make the workout more fun and enjoyable than any other kind of exercise or training that our clients have ever done in the past. And we NEVER have tunnel vision when it comes to new trends or new stylish workouts… that’s why we are the revolution in physical fitness!
We tend to focus on exercises and movements that will translate to the every day lives of our clients (functional training). Not only do we want our clients to reach and surpass their desired goals; we truly want them to improve their entire selves. During training, we work with oury clients on everything from cardiovascular work to muscular work, while also focusing on balance and flexibility. All while building on character and elevating the overall mood of the client. Together, we hit training from ALL directions. After taking a look at what you do in your every day life and what your individual goals are, we create a custom and unique program for you that will take you to another level of yourself.
