WELCOME TO THE LAB. WHATEVER FITNESS LEVEL YOU’RE AT, WE’VE GOT YOU.

We can give you modified versions of any exercise. You go at your own pace. Our goal is to get everyone to their own highest level of health and fitness, in the way that’s right for them.

FIRST WORKOUT

Please check in 15 minutes pre-sweat, so we can get you oriented and set you up. Your coach will give you an overview of the workout and the equipment.

DURING WORKOUT

You’ll work hard. You’ll sweat a lot. You’ll get personal attention and instruction so you can get your absolute best workout, regardless of your level.

AFTER WORKOUT

You’ll be drenched. You’ll feel like you worked harder than you thought you could. Your metabolism will be on fire. And you’ll be amazed at how much fun you just had.
