Uh, not this again. Why does everyone keep talking about Macros? I am not a body builder so I can just eat regular food, maybe count a few calories, and my body will still transform, right? Wrong!
WHAT ARE WE EVEN TALKING ABOUT?
Macros matter. They are nutrients our bodies need in large quantities. The trifecta of necessary nutrients we need are carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Each of these nutrients provides energy for our body, but because the nutrients are composed of different molecules and structures, the kinds of energy they provide are different.

Hormones are the bosses of all of our cells and regulate everything from growth (if you want bigger muscles), immune function, mood, skin, and metabolism (what most of us want raging). When your hormones are happy, your metabolism is happy. And when your metabolism is happy, your body runs like a well-oiled, fat burning, muscle building, and radiant (both skin and mood) machine!
Macros are measured in ratio of Carb, Protein, and Fat.
