My mind, body, and soul transformation began in the summer of 2010, when I decided to sign-up for bootcamps with UGL. At the start of my journey with UGL, I weighed around 195lbs and was completely out of shape. I knew that I needed to quit making excuses and truly become a role model for my two sons. The decision to join UGL, happens to be one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. This became evident after my life-threatening car accident in 2012. At that time, I was in the best shape of my life, thanks to the Underground Lab. My doctors were amazed at how quickly I recovered after such a traumatic accident and attributed this to me being healthy and in good shape. I called (and still do) the UGL trainers my guardian angels because without them, I would never have had the motivation, encouragement, and determination to fight back. This place and all the people involved here including the members are like a family to me. They all mean so much to me and I am blessed that God has put them in my life. There are seriously no words that can express the gratitude that I feel towards the creator of UGL, Fernando Rodriguez, and his amazing staff of trainers. They are simply THE BEST in the fitness industry.

I love working out at UGL. When I started going three summers ago, I thought I was in good shape. Boy, was I wrong! I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in.
